Jonathan Miniello was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He received his B.S in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in 2011 and his M.A in International Relations from the University of Florida in 2018. Mr. Miniello, who has his teacher certification in Social Studies for grades 5-12, has been teaching history formally and informally for the past five years while also running his own tutoring service for college and graduate school entrance exams. He has served as a Yad Vashem Educational Fellow as well as an AIPAC Campus Coordinator, and in 2013 he spent a year in Israel doing research on behalf of the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs. In addition, Mr. Miniello served as a field director for Mitt Romney's 2012 presidential campaign and is an accomplished chess player who has earned the title of Candidate Master.
