Hailing from Tel Aviv, Israel, Morah Shiran brings many years of teaching experience to KYLS. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master of Science in School Counseling. Morah Shiran taught at the Yehuda Maccabi School in Tel Aviv using project based learning, a method that invites systematic work on learning and thinking skills, and personal and interpersonal habits required for learning and growth. Morah Shiran is a chevra and Ivrit teacher in K/1 in addition to being the Ivrit Specialist in 4th grade. This is Morah Shiran’s 3rd year at KYLS. Morah Shiran enjoys helping students reach their full potential, and giving them opportunities to succeed in and out of the classroom.
