Lisa Frankel joined Kohelet Yeshiva in 2013. She graduated magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis, and earned a Master of Theological Studies in Religion, Ethics and Politics from Harvard University. She also holds a CORE Credential from Harvard Business School. While a graduate student at Harvard, she worked for Harvard College as an Advisor on the Bureau of Study Council, where she reviewed over 200 student applications, and as an Academic and Resident Advisor, guiding enrolled students in course selection, prospective concentrations of study, extracurricular and career interests, and long-term aspirations. With fifteen years of experience in the field of college admissions counseling, before coming to Kohelet Lisa worked for a number of private tutoring firms and is the founder of Mentoring Elite, a private college counseling service. She is Treasurer for the executive board of the Pennsylvania Association for College Admissions Counseling and is an Institutional Representative for the National Association for College Admissions Counseling. She also serves on the Schools Committee of the Harvard Club of Philadelphia and is an advisor for the Philadelphia College Prep Roundtable.
